Client Director

Ryan Wall is the director of shared service clients at Interel’s Washington, D.C., office as well as managing Interel’s U.S. association management  development efforts. Ryan additionally manages Interel’s relationships with strategic clients, such as Globalaw.

Ryan has played a key leadership role in building and managing the Interel US Association Management Practice. Ryan led the business development team for 12 years while delivering client partner growth. Ryan has led multiple associations while managing staff in the delivery of contracted scope of services which include operations, technology, accounting/finance, membership, and education. Ryan is currently developing an Interel Small Association practice, adding to the net profits of the firm.

At Interel Ryan  advises association executives on association best practice, operations, and strategy.  He helps clients develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programs to increase association revenue.

Ryan has a successful record of creating growth for firms while providing impeccable leadership. He has a broad background in not-for-profit management, financial management, vendor evaluation and management, and proposal/business writing.

Prior to joining the Interel team, Ryan spent ten years in the commercial mortgage banking industry building client relationships and underwriting commercial, mortgage-backed loans.

Ryan earned his degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and is fluent in Spanish. He resides in Arlington, VA with his family.
