Pauline Grimmer

Pauline joined Interel in September 2020. She is a Consultant for the Food and Consumers team within the European Affairs practice in Brussels.

She gained a first-hand experience of EU public affairs and the agri-food sector through an internship within a trade association representing the spirits industry.

Pauline holds an advanced Master’s degree in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe, as well as a dual master’s and bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence, France and the University of Freiburg, Germany.

Besides her native French, she is fluent in English and German.
