Noam joined Interel in November 2017 to advise clients on environmental, energy and chemical policies.
Prior to this, he worked two years for a Brussels-based public affairs consultancy that specializes in complicated procedural matters. He successfully led lobbying campaigns on behalf of clients and wrote many articles for a professional newsletter on comitology.
He holds a Master’s in European Studies from the Institute for European Studies of Brussels (ULB) and a Master’s in Journalism from the University of the Arts London (UAL).
Noam is from Belgium and Morocco. He speaks French, English and Arabic. He is also learning Spanish.
