Leah Reily, CAE, is a Client Director at Interel’s Washington D.C. office serving as the Executive Director of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF), a trade organization representing American foodservice healthcare facilities which are self-operated.
Leah has worked in nearly all areas of non-profit management with unique in-depth expertise in nonprofit software suites such as Association Management Software (AMS) and Learning Management Software (LMS). In 2018 Leah earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Prior to serving as the Executive Director of AHF, Leah served as the Managing Director for the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). In 2015 Leah worked with the SDPA to successfully launch their related foundation, The Dermatology PA Foundation (DPAF). Prior to joining Interel in 2015 Leah worked at the Society for Ecological Restoration, an international professional society of more than 2,500 ecological restoration practitioners. Leah has previously provided consulting and support services to newly forming non-profits in association management software selection and transitions.
Leah holds a Master’s of Science in Conservation from University College London in London England and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Leah holds citizenship in the Netherland, United Kingdom, and United States. She and her build custom furniture and restore antique pieces. Leah spend much of her free time creating art from salvaged and recycled materials.
