Senior Public Affairs Executive
James Olney is a Senior Public Affairs Executive at Interel UK. He provides strategic advice, policy analysis, political engagement and public relations services for clients across the technology, defence, entertainment, leisure, safety and consumer goods sectors, including Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I and Lockheed Martin UK.
Prior to joining Interel, James worked on data-driven digital marketing campaigns for candidates in the 2019 General Election and has previously worked for a Conservative MP. He was part of the strategic planning and leadership team for a successful General Election campaign, and was involved in developing digital engagement strategies for the postponed 2020 London elections.
James holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of Oxford and spends most of his spare time on his own political endeavours. In quieter times he enjoys visiting museums, reading and travelling with his partner.
