Holly Ramsey is an associate director at Interel’s London office. She joined the company in August 2017 and works with clients in sectors ranging from financial services to tourism. She also works with a number of trade associations based in the U.K. on their political engagement strategies, and has particular experience in campaigning for legislative changes on U.K. regulatory issues.
Holly has eight years’ experience in political and consultancy settings. Prior to joining Interel, she spent four years working in public affairs, specialising in local government engagement on issues concerning the environment, planning, and regeneration. In 2020, she was listed as PR Week’s 30 under 30 rising stars within the industry and highly commended as Young Communicator of the Year
Holly is a conservative councillor in the London borough of Sutton, where she is currently serving her second term. She was first elected in 2014 as the youngest conservative councillor in her borough, and Holly’s election for her second term saw her secure the highest number of votes in the entire borough. She is currently a member of her council’s strategy and resources committee, which focuses on the council’s budget and finances.
In addition, Holly holds a first class BA (Hons) in politics and international relations from the University of Kent.
