Connor Dunlop joined DGA Interel in February 2022. He is a Senior Consultant in the EU affairs tech practice. In this role, he leads the team’s work on Artificial Intelligence, while also working more broadly on files pertaining to the data economy.
Prior to joining DGA Interel, Connor worked at another public affairs consultancy in Brussels where he also focused on AI and data policy, cloud and computing infrastructure, and industrial policy. Besides this, Connor has experience in a range of analytical and communications roles, having worked for the UN Refugee Agency, The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, and at a public affairs consultancy in his home city, Belfast.
Connor holds a master’s in Conflict Studies & Human Rights from Utrecht University (NL) and a bachelor’s in History & Politics from Newcastle University (UK).
