Anna Jobling is an associate director in the U.K. office of Interel, where she advises on government engagement strategies for some of the U.K.’s largest consumer goods companies and charities, including Red Bull, General Mills, and Dogs Trust. She specializes in issues relating to retail, public health, and the environment, and especially enjoys working on creative ways to engage stakeholders. She recently spearheaded a parliamentary engagement campaign that was shortlisted for four industry awards for its creativity and impact.
Anna is a member of the Women in Public Affairs Executive Committee and is vice chair of the APPC’s (Association of Professional Political Consultants’) Young Consultants’ Committee. In 2016, she was a finalist for the PRCA’s Young Public Affairs Professional of the Year and for ICCO’s Rising Star of the Year.
Prior to joining Interel, Anna worked in the House of Commons for a Labour MP and in the communications department of the Essex County Council. She cut her teeth at a PR consultancy, securing national media coverage for charities and educational bodies.
She holds a BSc in politics and international relations from the University of Bath.
