Positioning with decision makers

Our client is a multinational financial services group. Their commercial banking division provides banking services to corporations and other institutions. They are one of the leading players in their sector in Belgium, but wanted to take their reputation to the next level and ensure that key decision-makers had a clear understanding of what they stand for.

How we helped: Our primary objective was to develop and implement out-of-the-box communication thinking to differentiate our client from its competitors. To that end, we developed a framework allowing the bank to systematically review communication opportunities and select those most likely to generate strong coverage of their messages in the financial and generalist press.  We also assisted our client with the implementation of selected initiatives, notably through drafting of communication material, organizing interaction with the press and analysis of resulting press coverage.
