Strategic Communications and Public Affairs

Working for a leading, independent and international consultancy, you will join an established team of highly competent communication and lobbying professionals. You will be working closely with a wide range of first rate clients, offering them advice on their communication and lobbying issues.

Education / qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English

Skills & competencies:

  • Highly articulate, with outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to prioritise, organise and carry out tasks within deadlines
  • Effective team player and leader
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, PowerPoint, etc…)
  • Committed to providing outstanding professional services
  • Proactive approach, enthusiastic and confident
  • High personal standards of ethics and integrity

Experience :

  • a proven broad knowledge of one or more of the following fields of expertise:
    • Belgian politics
    • Belgian media
    • strategic communications & PR
    • digital communications
  • Organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive; taking initiative and working well under pressure
  • 2 or more years of successful professional experience in a business, political or media environment, a professional services firm or a communications agency.
