The 3 main items of interest this week are:

1. MFF: EPP Bureau meets in Bratislava to have a first look at the mid-term review of the EU’s 5 year budget. With the UK referendum in mind, don’t expect any far-reaching proposals just yet.

2. Danes in courtDanish Minister will try and reassure MEPs in the Civil Liberties Committee about their new law on seizing the assets of asylum seekers.

3. FIFA reform: The Sports Intergroup will hear 3 of the candidates for President of FIFA set out their plans for reforming the world footballing body. 

This week’s MEP to watch is David McAllister, better known as head of the EP’s US delegation, who will steer through committee the 2015 report on Serbia’s progress towards the EU.
